System doesn't recognize my user name and password
I make my registration in (edited) Casino. When i install the software ...
 

Dear Sir's

I make my registration in (edited) Casino. When i install the software he ask for RN and SN, i receive this numbers but i never see when i can't register the product later, so i decide to unsinstall the software and install it again.

The problem is that the sistem don't recognize mmy username and password, and when i try again the system say that a just have one recent version instaled, and this after i make uninstall.

How can i clean my system for old files, and install again using the SN and RN that you send me, and use my registration elements. Sorry my english.
